MODULE 1

The Art of Good Coaching

Gain the confidence and knowledge needed to become a successful coach. Understand the difference between coaching, mentoring and training.

Unlock Your Potential

To unlock your full potential and become the best coach you can be, what are your responsibilities? We explore them on our first day and introduce the TGROW model.
Blended Learning

Our online course has five live training days and is supported by an online learning course and reading material, and workbooks to complete.

You’ll finish this course fully prepared to implement coaching into your role.

MODULE 2

The Coaches Code

Becoming a coaching leader or coach comes with responsibilities; we ensure you are fully prepared.

Understand values and their importance in coaching
Pre-conception of a coaching leader
Ethics, Bias and note taking
Navigating Coaching dilemmas in the workplace.

You’ll finish this day with an understanding of ICF Ethical Practice, Understanding and consistently applying coaching ethics and standards.

Able to embody a Coaching Mindset, developing and maintaining an open, curious, flexible and client-centred mindset.

MODULE 3

Understanding Yourself to help others

Understanding your thoughts and processing and communication style

The different types of Communications
How to diversify your approach
The best questioning skills
The three levels of listening
Using intuition to affect growth.

We will practice using a coaching wheel, learn your strengths and weaknesses and fill any skills gaps with our online training support.

Communicating Effectively Listening Actively, focused on what the coachee is and is not saying to fully understand what is being communicated in the context of the client systems and to support client self-expression

MODULE 4

The Process Of Coaching

Using the TGROW Model! In this module, we'll explore using the powerful TGROW model to guide your coaching sessions and help your coachee achieve their goals.

We'll start by teaching you how to brainstorm for new perspectives. You'll learn how to encourage your teams to think outside the box and consider new possibilities, helping them to overcome obstacles and achieve breakthroughs.

Feedback is a crucial part of any coaching relationship, and we'll teach you how to use the SBI (Situation-Behavior-Impact) model to deliver feedback constructively and effectively. You'll learn how to help your clients understand the impact of their behaviour, and how to make positive changes in response.

Finally, we'll show you how to use metaphors to expand conversations and help your clients gain new insights. You'll learn how to use metaphors to explain complex concepts and ideas and how to use them to inspire your coachee to take action.

By the end of this module, you can use the TGROW model to guide your coaching sessions and help your clients achieve their goals. You'll have a range of practical coaching tools at your disposal, and you'll know how to use metaphors to inspire your clients and gain new perspectives.

MODULE 5

Coaching in the Workplace

Practice sessions, working in triads, using coaching templates, learning to supervise, coach and being understanding its value, receiving coaching

Crafting the relationships
Establishing a coaching alliance or contract.
Overcoming objections to your new coaching approach.
Supervision as part of your growth plan.

You’ll finish today with an understanding of how to:

Establishes and Maintains Agreements, creating a partnership to create clear agreements about the coaching relationship, process, plans and goals.
Establishes agreements for the overall coaching engagement and each coaching session.
Know how to cultivate trust and Safety, Partnering with the client to create a safe, supportive environment that allows the client to share freely.
Know how to maintain a relationship of mutual respect and trust.
An awareness to be fully conscious and present with the coachee employing an open, flexible, grounded and confident style.
You will be ready to coach in the workplace and be invited to join our alumni community for continued support.

I'm Caroline Bowen

Hello there! My name is Caroline Bowen, but I'm known as Kaidi to those who know me best. Coaching has been my greatest passion for as long as I can remember, and I'm excited to share that passion with you.

I started my career as a strong command leadership manager, but it wasn't until I became a coaching leader ten years into my role that I truly felt fulfilled. The difference was astounding, and I knew that I wanted the same for all leaders of people. That's why I created the "Passion To Coach Academy" to train leaders who wish to become excellent coaches.

As a coach, I'm fascinated with human psychology, neuroscience and understanding the "why" behind our behaviours. Understanding these factors is key to making lasting change, and I weave this philosophy into all of my courses.

In addition to the "Passion To Coach Academy," I created the UK Coach Academy to support internal coaches. This program is designed to help coaches at all experience levels develop their skills and become more effective in their roles.

One of my proudest achievements is having written and delivered training for the Police through LHH. It's been an incredible journey, and I'm excited to continue sharing my knowledge and passion with others.
