I'm Caroline Bowen

I'm known as Kaidi to those who know me best. Coaching has been my greatest passion for as long as I can remember, and I'm excited to share that passion with you.

I started my career as a strong command leadership manager, but it wasn't until I became a coaching leader ten years into my role that I truly felt fulfilled. The difference was astounding, and I knew that I wanted the same for all leaders of people. That's why I created the "UKCT Academy" to train leaders who wish to become excellent coaches.

As a coach, I'm fascinated with human psychology, neuroscience and understanding the "why" behind our behaviours. Understanding these factors is key to making lasting change, and I weave this philosophy into all of my courses.

This program is designed to help coaches at all experience levels develop their skills and become more effective in their roles.
