Today's leaders are expected to deliver commercial performance, improve customer outcomes, retain talented people, build future leaders and create a culture where people feel confident enough to speak up.
What is PATH to Performance™?
PATH to Performance™ is UK Coach Training's leadership development framework, designed specifically for leaders working in regulated environments.
It combines practical coaching skills, leadership development and workplace application to help managers move from giving answers to developing capable, confident teams.
Rather than learning coaching as another task, leaders learn how to use coaching as part of the conversations they already have every day.
Why this is different?
PATH to Performance™ is not about turning managers into coaches.
It is about helping leaders know when to coach, when to manage, when to train, and when to support.
Leaders learn how to use coaching without giving up their authority, how to handle courageous conversations, how to coach in five or ten minutes when the moment appears, and how to recognise when coaching is the wrong tool altogether.
What makes it practical?
No extra coaching diary. Just a more effective way of leading teams
Leaders learn to coach inside the conversations they already have - one-to-ones, observations, debriefs, feedback conversations, difficult moments and the five or ten minutes that would otherwise be lost to solving the problem for somebody else.
The PATH Framework™
Purpose
Help people reconnect with what they're trying to achieve and why it matters.
Thinking
Develop independent thinking instead of creating dependency.
Awareness
Increase self-awareness and uncover what's really getting in the way.
Harness
Turn insight into action that creates lasting behavioural change.
The WRAP Learning Journey™
Learning doesn't finish when the course ends.
Every module follows the WRAP methodology.
Watch – Learn the concept.
Reflect – Understand why it matters.

Prove – Demonstrate behavioural change.
Because knowledge doesn't change organisations.
Behaviour does.
